About the job
We are looking to replace our beloved nanny who plans to retire this summer. We prefer someone who can commit on a long-term basis to caring for our children. Our daughter will be 3 and our son will be 1 this May. Our family schedule is unique in that it varies weekly (although we provide guaranteed minimum pay). My husband and I both work in healthcare and can have unpredictable hours. We are able to provide a schedule 12 weeks at a time and several months in advance. We do not require holiday, weekend or overnight care. A typical day caring for our children usually starts around 6:30 a.m. and ends somewhere between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. We are open to a discussion of salary with vacation time, sick days, etc. We are flexible in what we are willing to offer in exchange for finding a trustworthy fit to become a member of our family!
