Looking for someone to watch our 4-year-old son for 3 hours (8:30 a.m. - 11:30 am) each morning while my wife attends meetings from our home office. Also, we prefer someone who has experience with children on the autism spectrum. He has words but is yet conversational so will need a little bit of patience.
