Professional Couple Looking For Full Time Nanny/household Manager

We are looking for a full time position (split nanny and household manager). Ideally looking for someone to start the school year with us. We are in Hartland. We will need someone for before/after school care, occasional day off of school care and household manager. The balance of household manager and childcare would fluctuate throughout the year. Most of the responsibilities would be our amazing 6-year-old girl who will be in 1st grade as well as sometimes for our 12 yo daughter who is only with us half the time. The household manager portion would also include our adorable loving goldendoodle puppy. Must love dogs. Our schedules are a little variable so we need someone with flexibility but would need someone available Monday- Friday.
