About the job
In this role, you'll be a big part of helping kids with all sorts of everyday tasks-whether it's using the bathroom, playing a game, building a castle or creating art. You'll encourage friendly interactions and guide kids in building positive behaviors while offering extra support to those who need a little more attention. As the day winds down, you'll help keep the classroom in tip-top shape by sanitizing toys, wiping down surfaces, and getting rest areas ready for the next day. You'll also help put toys and materials back in their rightful spots and make sure each child's belongings are neatly packed away. Along the way, you'll collaborate with your fellow teachers and staff to create a fun, positive, and supportive environment for everyone!
