Location: Grafton, WI, 53024 Start: January 6, 2025 Children: Infant, 3 months Compensation: $25-$30/hour based on experience Schedule: 40-45 hours per week, Availability needed the following hours, but exact schedule will be given well in advance: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Olive You Nanny is representing a wonderful family in their search for a proactive, organized, and experienced Nanny & Household Assistant to provide exceptional childcare and household support. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable balancing childcare with household management tasks. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, dependable, and able to take initiative to ensure a clean, organized, and smoothly running household. Childcare & Household Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care for the child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development through engaging activities and a consistent daily routine. Responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, hygiene, and maintaining a clean, organized play and living space. The role also involves managing household tasks such as running errands, organizing the child's spaces, handling light cleaning, and supporting household needs like vendor coordination, grocery shopping, laundry, and general pet care. Flexibility to adapt to the family's evolving needs is essential. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an infant nanny Proactive, self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working in a home with dogs Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
