About the job
I have a 20mo old who needs to be actively played with until naptime and after. My 3yr old typically takes the bus to and from school but may need transportation if the bus is not running (which is the current situation). My 5yr old gets picked up from school either by vehicle or walking. My middle schooler is self-reliant and does not need care other than reminders to eat and be age appropriate. My partner works from home and is available in emergencies but his job is generally demanding. My schedule is fluid but I can guarantee 20hrs/week now through April and 30+ hrs/week after that. My kids love to be outside, play board/card games, legos, read, art, etc. We try to minimize screen time to as little as possible.
