We have 2 boys, both love outside time when the weather is good. Our toddler also loves painting and building things. Must love kids and dogs, enjoy being outdoors and be able to handle 2 under 2 We are not located near public transit but we are only a few minutes off of the freeway We have a 70lb black lab who is friendly and will try to get lots of pets from you
