Looking For A Compassionate, Loving, Full-time Nanny

We enjoy seeing our son work on things to help him meet milestones, such as play time, tummy time, sitting up with help. We like to get him outside whenever we can! We want someone who is respectful to our family, our pets and home. Someone who is flexible with their schedule, understanding as we are first time parents. Someone who is punctual. We need someone who would give us at least 30 days notice prior to leaving the position. We will have to discuss time off for sick days/vacation time. Our son is 6 months old and he loves to play with toys that have lights and music. He loves his play mat and jumper! We like to read to him and he likes to hold the book. His favorite toy is probably his crinkle books. He loves our 1. 5-year-old red lab, just as much as our lab loves him. We have a cat who is interested in our baby but we haven't let our baby play with her too much because he's in his grabbing hair era! We love to work on tummy time, sitting up, playing outside whenever we can, as well as walks! We are staring puréed foods, so we want someone who is comfortable feeding our baby solids, as well as a bottle. We want our baby to be held while taking a bottle in a side-lying, semi upright position while pace feeding to help prevent reflux and spitting up. We are working on sitting up and tummy time! We haven't quite mastered the rolling from back to tummy just yet. We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, has open communication regarding care for our child or whatever concerns or needs they may have. We want someone who is compassionate, has good time management, reliable, attentive to detail, positive attitude, trustworthy and respectful. Parking in our driveway or street. We do have 2 pets. One dog- a 1. 5-year-old red lab who is 95 lbs, and a cat who is pretty shy and doesn't love our dog so she hides a lot. Our dog is very energetic when people come over, but only because he loves so much. He doesn't realize how big he is, so we're working on that.
