Part-time Baby Care Needed

We are an active family looking for a kind, reliable, hands-on nanny starting in February for our 3-month-old baby boy. We live in the country just south of River Falls (near Ellsworth and Prescott as well!) and have lots of room to roam and play. We need 10-15 hours/week which can be split between 2-3 days pending an agreed upon schedule. Our ideal person would have experience with babies, be okay with big sister (6-year-old) joining the fun for the summer, and bring good energy each day bonus if more Montessori-minded.
