Hi! My husband and I are currently in the process of a divorce, and I am starting a new job on 10/14. We would be looking for care for our youngest son (age 3) 3 days a week with varying hours. Typically the hours would be 8-4, Mon, Weds and Fri. We have split custody of our children, with a 2-2-3 schedule. This means that week 1, the kids would be with mom mon/tues, dad weds/thurs, and mom again Fri-Sun. The following week would alternate with dad starting off Mon/tues and so forth. Both of our jobs have somewhat flexible hours so the end times would vary, but would never be past 5 p.m. Our oldest (6 years old) is in school all day so this would mostly be for our youngest son during the school year and ideally for both kids in the summer.
