Nanny Needed For 1 Child (for Now) In Deerfield.

We are looking for a long-term nanny for our almost 3-year-old son. Our current nanny has decided to go back to soley focusing on her own business and her last day with us is March 21st. We're looking for someone to start ASAP. I'm also currently pregnant due at the end of August (care for infant would start closer to December/January). We're currently looking for someone part-time on Tue/Wed/Thurs from 8-4, 830-430 or 9-4/430. Pay range is $20-$22/hr. Seeking someone who can keep our toddler engaged with learning and activities. Who's patient and kind but can also stand firm on rules and boundaries. We're also open to a nanny share in our home and/or having future nanny applicants bring their kiddo along that's close in age to our son. We also have 2 cats. Care for them not needed.
