About the job
We are seeking a reliable, caring babysitter for our two daughters, ages 2 and 4, with availability through April and possibly beyond. Our 4-year-old will be at school both mornings until 11:00 AM; Mom will handle drop-off and pick-up. Responsibilities: -Engage in creative play, fostering independent and cooperative activities -Assist with lunchtime and cleanup -Comfortable with food allergies (training provided) and adhere to a strict no-peanut policy -Encourage outdoor play (weather permitting) and limit screen time -Enjoy arts, crafts, and imaginative play Ideal Candidate: -Enjoys engaging with young children and has experience with developmental stages -Willing to learn about food allergies, including the use of EpiPen and emergency plan -Energetic, patient, and reliable Pay is negotiable and dependent on individual's experience.
