Long Term Nanny Position

Seeking a kind, flexible individual to build a trusting relationship with my 3 sons and become part of our family! The ideal person would have a calm disposition, a neurodiversity affirming attitude and very physically active. We are a very active family that needs another reliable caregiver to learn and grow with us. My oldest son (5. 5) struggles with significant anxiety, is sensitive and constantly on the move! Our 4. 5 yr old is quirky, funny and wants to do everything big brother is doing. The youngest (almost 3) is a happy, independent toddler. We are also due with #4 in a few short weeks! This position has some flexibility with hours but looking to offer 10-30hrs/wk. The ideal person would be a career nanny looking to learn and grow with us for many years!
