Every Other Weekend

I am looking for childcare for my daughter on my working weekends. I do have an odd schedule and will need someone who can accommodate. I work every other weekend on a second/third shift rotation. I need someone who can cover that gap between my husbands and my schedules. Weekend 1: Saturday 2:30p to 5p, Sunday 1:30 to 5p. Weekend 2: Sunday 4 a.m. to 8:30a. If we got comfortable with each other I'd be comfortable with you spending the night, so you only had to wake up when she did. This weekend is where I fear I might have some trouble finding someone. I would like to set up a meet and greet first as well as have a trial "date night" before anything is set in stone. My daughter is usually low maintenance and happy, but she can be wary with new people. Please let me know if my schedule is something you can accommodate. Even if you can only accommodate weekend one, I'm willing to compromise. We have 2 cats who are very sweet. One is usually not seen much, but the other is very social. They will not require any care.
