Looking for childcare for our 16-month-old boy and will soon have a newborn. During the newborn phase would just need help with the 16-month-old part time and then when baby #2 is 2-3 months old would need someone who can watch both of them 3-4 days a week often from the hours of 7-5 with some schedule variance/flexibility
