Seeking Regular In-home Sitter For One Infant

Looking for a full-time babysitter or nanny to care for our infant in our home starting in the fall. She is a bright, curious, and silly baby who is currently crawling, cruising, and beginning to say her first words. A typical day includes providing meals and snacks, diaper changes, play/development time, nap time, and light housekeeping. Our daughter is eating 3 meals a day, typically finger foods and purées, in addition to milk. She is on a consistent 2 nap schedule. She loves music, books, and spending time outdoors. We need someone reliable every weekday, but especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We'd like someone who has their own vehicle and who could safely take our daughter on outings to the library, park, etc. We would love someone bilingual, but it's not required. We're also looking to interview 1-2 sitters for back-up care.
