Responding and regulating instead of reacting, Non-authoritative caregiving, understanding the body and brain of the young child and the why behind their behaviors, and more focused on communication, connection, regulation, cooperation, loving kindness, compassion, empathy, and play. Open mind and open heart. Ideal day is a rhythm that creates calm grounded meaning for everyone involved. Art, building, reading, outdoors, sensory play, everything two and 4-year-olds are interested in. Climbing, singing, movement, play painting, crafting, insects, etc
