Our daughter will be almost 7 months when I go back to work, but was born premature so she is smaller. We need someone to stay at our home with her during the day on Mondays and Wednesdays and sometimes Fridays for a bit. My husband works from home when he is not traveling so he would be working out of our basement sometimes. We do have 3 dogs so being comfortable with animals is a must. My work schedule will vary a little bit so some flexibility would be great!
