My husband and I are looking for a nanny/babysitter for our 14-month-old. My husband works as an EMT with his schedule being a rotating 4 on and 4 off. I'm a server/bartender with a Wednesday-Saturday schedule. Our little guy is pretty easy, playing and eating are his main hobbies at the moment. Most days it would be a few hours during the evening and one day would be a morning to early evening. Flexibility on what days would be awesome since my husbands schedule is rotating.
