Nanny Needed For 13 Mo Old About 5 Days/week And 4 Yo For 2-3 Of Those Days In Vancouver

We are looking for a close to or actually full time nanny for our daughter (13 months) and son (4 yo). Our daughter has hypotonia or low tone (think sloppiness) that has led to significant gross motor delays. She sits briefly but does not crawl or stand. She is very social and happy. Her daycare providers tell us that she is an "easy," happy baby. We are looking to pull her from daycare and transition to a nanny in order to give her more individualized support and interaction. Our son is also in daycare but benefits immensely from the schedule and teaching. We would ideally like to take him out of a five day schedule and keep him home for at least some days a week with our nanny and his sister.
