Vancouver family needs a part-time child assistant that has experience working with neurodivergent kids with sensory processing disorder. I have twins and gettting them moving and out the door to school between 7-8 a.m. is critical. They prefer a woman. Our ideal match will meet the requirements below: Must be a parent and have experience working with neurodiverse children with sensory processing and anxiety that are scared of outside people and hate transitions. I work East Coast hours and dad works away. I need someone between 7-8:30 a.m. M-F to help me get them out the door and to school. I don't need any judgmental folks. I need someone who has been in my shoes and understands the challenges of having not one, but 2 neurodiverse kids and trying to do it all on your own whilst working and managing a home. We have dogs/cats.
