Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Vancouver. After School Care 2:30-5:30

I am looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Vancouver.. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Willing to go to the park or go on walks and socialize with an 11-year-old boy.
