I am starting a new job, and I need someone who may be open to potentially stay home to help with the kids if one gets sick, as well as during school breaks (summer, Christmas, etc.). During sick kiddo days and school breaks, those would be full day jobs potentially. If you know American Sign Language (any level), that would be a huge perk for our family. Not a deal-breaker if you don't though :)
