Morning Childcare Needed

I am looking for someone to arrive at 7 a.m. and get 2-4 kids ready for school and on the bus by 8:35 a.m. the last 2 wks/month & after school Wed&Fri I have a 14 yo step son, 10 yo son, 8 yo daughter, and we care for my step sons brother from his other family who is 5 years old. He's with us when his mom work overnight. All kids can care for themselves. The 5 yo will need help making breakfast. The 3 are able to get ready for school, including making their own lunch. The 5 yo stays is us 3-4 nights a week. The # of kids will vary. If the 14&5yo are with us, their mom picks both up after she's off at 8 a.m. The 5-year-old has high functioning autism. He has no physical, mental or motor delays. He can have a hard time regulating emotions. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license is required. We have no pets and are a non smoking home.
