About the job
We are a family seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide assistance and support for our child (3. 5yrs old) while dad is at work and allow mom to be at the hospital with our baby who's in the NICU. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. We value creativity, patience, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage child in age-appropriate activities (indoor & outdoor activities). - Prepare meals and snacks. - Assist with homeschool/educational activities. - Maintain a clean and organized space. - Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and any concerns.
