Babysitter/ Caregiver For 1 And 3 Year Old

We are looking for someone to care for our 1-year-old daughter 2 days a week, and both daughter and 3-year-old son 1 time a week (and be open to care for date nights, one time babysitting etc. We are also looking for someone who can do 2-3 times a week right away with varying days, my husband has a broken foot so caring for the kids is challenging for him to do right now when I'm working. When he works normal times again in about 3-4 weeks we will be back to the times listed. Help with meal prep (sometimes for the whole family), light cleaning, pet care, would be part of the job in addition to child care/playing with the kiddos. Montessori principles are applied in the home, Gentle/respectful parenting, consistent routine, lots and lots of love. Experience with Montessori and Gentle parenting is preferred and/or willingness to learn
