I have 2 kids so the younger one takes 2 naps per day, and then the older takes one nap. These naps are crucial. The younger one's ideal day looks something like this: -wake up and independent play for like 30 min/play with their brother -eats breakfast (simple foods like bananas, some form of protein) -usually needs a quick rinse/cleanup after eating -takes a bottle -naps And then repeat that a couple more times until bedtime. The older is a lot more flexible. Regular mealtimes, but he is very picky so we stick to most of the same simple foods. He takes a bottle before his nap and then before bedtime. His day consists of mostly play, and he likes being outside when possible.
