About the job
F is our 9-month-old, enjoying baby-led weaning, learning to crawl, and loves playing with our dogs! I will be very present but most importantly, will need privacy during conference calls. We prefer someone that wont need to bring their own children as F is an attention hog! Must have early childcare experience and references, must love dogs, must be happily vaccinated, and must be a good vibe match for our household and parenting style. We are a late-30s couple, raising our little with minimal screen time, lots of outdoor immersion, and when he is old enough crafts, music and dance, Montessori-style toys, and DIY sensory learning. We are not religious, and are allies to LGBTQ+. We provide snacks, have a swimming pool open in summer time, and encourage you to make yourself at home. Would love musically inclined or bilingual.
