About the job
We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Tacoma. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and could help with drop off/pick up and small outings. We are a traditional religious family with traditional values and would like our nanny to reflect those values. We have 3 very high energy children who need structure and assertiveness in a caregiver. They respond well to firm boundaries enforced with understanding. They love reading books, going to the park, playing with trains and playing silly games. I work from home mostly but do have meetings out of the house sometimes. The times we would be looking for help would typically be all day Wednesday and part day Thursday though my schedule could be flexible if needed.
