Looking for a warm, reliable babysitter for sporadic care of our toddler. Looking for someone who is wanting to grow with our family. Must be CPR & First Aid certified, with toddler experience, clean background check, strong references, and a calm, patient, playful presence. Must be emotionally responsive, safety-conscious, punctual, a clear communicator, and comfortable with light housekeeping and small whole-food meal prep. We practice attachment style parenting focused on secure connection and responsiveness with gentle structure. This differs from gentle parenting, which emphasizes kindness but may lack clear boundaries. Bonus if you know child development and milestones. Flexibility a plus!
