Expecting In June, Seeking Nanny

Expecting a baby boy mid June. Looking for a nanny, ideally. Currently, we work second shift while I also attend Bates in the morning. That being said, I'm not sure what my returning schedule will be, yet. I will be taking leave for a few months and would like to use that time to get to know the nanny and acclimate them to our family. I have been a nanny for years in the past, as well as a behavioral intervention therapist. So I do have some (reasonable) expectations on various aspects of care and communication. Must be comfortable in a home with pets. Specifically speaking a free roam ferret and a very hyper, but sweet, bully. Most likely only the infant will need care, older kids are in the household every other weekend and school vacations. Must be comfortable with cameras, and respectful male roommate. All adults in recovery.
