Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Tacoma.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in University Place. We would prefer someone who could help out with homework help, who is engaging, likes to be outside, and is willing to play with our two girls (7 and 5). We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We are a military family and I work from home. I would love someone who can possibly transition to full time in the summer, during school breaks, and inservice days. Willing to negotiate pay, hours, etc.
