About the job
We're a busy, loving family with one 1st grader (B, 6) and triplet toddlers (B/G/G, 4) looking for someone who is dependable, fun and cares about kids to join our team. One of the triplets lives with Angelman Syndrome, a neurogenetic disability, affecting her developmental pace and ability to speak. She has 1/2 day preschool; the other two are at home during the day. Paid vacation and sick time; healthcare insurance stipend; state holidays paid/off. We both work mostly from home and will consider schedule adjustments or flex if it meets the needs of the ideal candidate. A vehicle is provided for kid transport. We have a sweet 12-year-old dog. Some light tidying up is required as well as meal prep for the kiddos, transportation and engaging in activities during the day, an occasional load of laundry, changing of kids sheets, etc.
