Nanny Needed For 1-3 Children In Tacoma

We are looking for a great nanny for 1-3 children in Tacoma. We have 3 daughters but are unsure if we'll be able to get the 3. 5yo twins into preschool. So, at a minimum we need a nanny for our 1yo. Our tentative move date is May or early June (depends on job and finding childcare). We'd love someone who enjoys outdoor activities and is willing to take the kids places.
