Nanny Needed For Nanny Share With 2 Families

We are looking for a great nanny who is open to a nanny share with two families, each with two children. One of our families is a two-mom family. Care would be split between the families, so just two children per day. Family 1 has a 2. 5yo and a ~6mo and Family 2 has a 3. 5yo and ~6mo. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
