Before School Care Needed!

Hey there! I am looking for before school care for my 5-year-old who is going into kindergarten. A little about her: she's developmentally delayed and quirky but a fun riot. She needs verbal cues and structure to get ready in the morning. She is a slow walker. A little about the family: we are a mixed blended family but with my work hours and my boyfriend's, I do not have reliable care for her in the morning for the school time. We do have a cat in the house named Loki. He's as is name suggests but honestly, will be more scared of you than anything is of him. We are a queer, disabled family who are nonreligious. A little about you: I'd need you to be punctual, reliable and compassionate. Your mornings with her would be waking her, dressing, doing her hair, making breakfast and making sure she gets onto the school bus.
