Experienced Caregiver Needed In Steilacoom On Tuesdays For My 6-year-old Autistic Son

I am looking for a part-time experienced caregiver for my autistic nonspeaking 6-year-old son. I need someone to care for him on Tuesdays from 3:55-6:30 p.m. in our home in Steilacoom while I attend my in-person class for my masters degree. We might also need a caretaker for occasional date nights. My son is a high energy and fun-loving active little boy that is learning to communicate with an AAC device using TD Snap. We do have safety concerns (SIB, pica, and elopement) that are paramount in his care. The ideal candidate for us would be someone that has experience working with nonspeaking autists with a neuroaffirming approach. Someone that has speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, and/or special education experience would also be ideal (especially speech therapy).
