Full-Time Babysitter For One Toddler

I have a 1-year-old (16 mo) and I would need someone to be comfortable coming to our house to watch her. We also have one dog, a pug (she is excitable, but she's not a problem). For the baby, she will need breakfast (maybe), lunch, and a snack or two. We will definitely provide snacks, and we can try to provide her meals for breakfast/ lunch, but she will eat almost anything, so we normally just make extra of whatever we are eating. She was a micro-preemie baby, so developmentally, at her adjusted age, she's where she needs to be, but we would still like you to keep her mind stimulated and do fun activities and read books. She knows how to clap her hands, she wants to wave hello and bye, she knows the meaning of "yes", "no", "more", "milk", "all done", and "come here". She is crawling very fast and is working on walking, she is just doesn't trust herself to walk without assistance. She will take at least one nap a day and it could be anywhere from 30 mins- two or three hours. She does still drink milk from a bottle, which we are working on trying to ween her off it, but we really only give her a bottle or two a day at this point, normally we give her one for her nap. Hours might be a little less/ more depending on her dad's work schedule- his hours are all over the place, but typically it will be from around 08 a.m. - 4 p.m. We would need you to have reliable transportation as we only have one vehicle right now, so picking you up or even dropping the baby off is out of the question. We are also willing to adjust the pay (likely after a month trial run) as long as we feel you are reliable and we can trust you to watch our baby safely.
