About the job

I have two boys that enjoy playing outside. We have a small fenced in backyard and local parks. Dirt and sand are very exciting. Sometimes they use trucks and tools to dig and sometimes they are the excavator or equivalent themselves. Duplos, magnet tiles and crafts are also a popular regular use of our time. I appreciate when caregivers can play and participate in the childrens activities but keeping children safe and focused on their play is a higher priority. I kinda lean towards the help as much as needed but no more child care style. I would rather a child be a little frustrated or uncomfortable as they learn to navigate the world for themselves as much as possible vs someone entertaining them and making all the choices. We are expecting a 3rd child in the next month ish. So someone who can help littles handle change would be :)
