We have 4 boys, they all have a ton of energy and because they are so close in age they get on each others nerves A LOT. Our ideal caregiver is someone who will engage them in activities that help them get their energy out and is comfortable taking charge with firm kindness and compassion when the boys get into a disagreement. When just watching them for a few hours we do not allow the TV to be used or personal devices beyond listening to audio books. We are interested in finding someone who we could use specifically for the afterschool hours while my husband and I are on a trip until my parents get home from work, but ultimately our goal would be to find someone who would be able to watch our kids overnight so that my husband and I can get away more than once a year.
