We are seeking an experienced and reliable nanny for our 3-year-old and 18-month-old daughters. We prioritize a balanced routine with indoor and outdoor activities, promoting learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and a passion for early childhood development. Responsibilities include engaging the children in daily activities, preparing snacks and meals, supporting routines like self-care, and taking them on outings. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and comfort working in a home with parents present. CPR/First Aid certification and reliable transportation required. Flexible schedule: 24-32 hours/week, Monday-Thursday. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
