Care Taker For Super Sweet Special Needs 6 Year Old Girl

I'm looking for an afterschool care giver for our 6-year-old daughter. She has special needs and uses a wheelchair and will need some physical help with transfers. Some light housekeeping is required such as putting away laundry or doing dishes. We have a 12 pound dog, he is a shichon, who is very sweet. We do some physical, occupational and speech therapy weekly and are looking for someone who would be comfortable helping with this as well. This job will be contracted through the state and there is some additional paid state training required. We will help with that process as we have done it many times with other care givers.
