We have 2 wonderful, active daughters age 18mo and 3yo who love engaged play and exploring the world. My wife and I work from home with flexible jobs so love to be involved when we can - we are both pretty easy going though. This gives us a lot of flexibility on hours and days as well. An ideal day for us involves the girls learning and exploring new things, doing lots of arts and crafts and exploring the world. We try and emphasize eating healthy but understand getting a toddler to eat a prescribed meal can be challenging. In an ideal world, our caregiver would feel like a part of the family!
