Looking for a flexible engaging babysitter to watch my children! Ages 4. 5, 2. 5, and 4 months. You must be willing to provide documentation for me to give to my employer as I will be using a childcare stipend they provide. You will also need to claim this income on your tax return and be responsible for setting aside your own taxes. Must be comfortable with me working from home as I'll be occasionally doing that. Our house is always messy because we have kids and pets who play hard! Looking for someone who likes to play hard with them while maintaining firm and loving boundaries and uses gentle parenting techniques.
