I'll be going back to work after my maternity leave. My work schedule is quite flexible, but I need to be in office at least 3 days a week. Some days I may need to stay longer than 3 p.m. or start earlier than 11 a.m. I would prefer somebody who can be available to accommodate these days on a short notice (night before notice for earlier. Day of for longer). You'll never be needed past 5 p.m. unless previously discussed and planned and never earlier than 7 a.m. 7 a.m. days will only be once a month at most.
