Two families in Snoqualmie, WA seeking an energetic, highly qualified nanny to care for our infants in a nanny share arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a college degree (early childhood development and or qualified 10+ years of nanny experience if not college degree), along with all the necessary certifications for infant and toddler care, including CPR and first aid & familiarity with child-led learning and Montessori methods. We are looking for a long term nanny who will be able to work with our family for the next 1-1. 5 years. Compensation: - $36-40/hr depending on experience; Employer pays for taxes and employee taxes deducted from wage. Guaranteed 37 hours a week; Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Will sign 1 year contract.
