Hello, I have 15-month-old twin girls that Im looking forward a loving reliable nanny for. I have very holistic/crunchy and nurturing approach to motherhood and would love to find someone with likeminded qualities. We loosely follow Montessori guidelines with our little ones. I would love to kind someone who likes to take our girls outside and in the fresh air a lot. Please reach out if you think you'd be a good fit! The hours would be roughly 7:00-3:30 Monday through Friday. Some days Ill be home closer to 2:00 or wont need care until 08:30, Ill also have random days off. I would prefer to pay on salary base but open to discussion.
