Our Ideal Nanny is: -Kind, empathetic, playful, patient, and excited to help spark baby's curiosity through developmentally appropriate learning and play. -Punctual, professional, reliable, flexible, organized. -Provides loving, attentive care to our baby and son, including engaging in screen-free, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. -Keeps the baby's nursery and play areas clean, prepare baby meals, take out diaper pail, clean up after baby, assist with kids laundry. -Understands baby and toddler developmental milestones and early childhood education principles. -Must provide references from previous employers and pass a background check. -Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid. -Current on vaccinations (we are fully vaccinated). -Can drive, has reliable transportation (car is required), clean driving record. -Non Smoker
