About the job
We have newborn twin baby boys and a 2 1/2-year-old daughter who is currently enrolled in daycare five days a week Monday through Friday. Our primary reason for a nanny part-time is to assist in the afternoon, logistics of feeding newborn twins and helping manage our 2 1/2-year-old daughter after she gets home from daycare (dinner time coordination, meal prep), mainly so that the twins can feed without disruption and we can give our daughter more attention. We would rely on our nanny to bottle feed the twins, change diapers, and give mom a break to rest. Dad will be going back to work during the day and will not be able to help out during the day until around 5:30pm, so the ideal window of help would be between 12noon -8 p.m. Our daughter may also need pickup from daycare so that could also be a possible need, but not critical.
