About the job
My wife has 4 months of maternity leave that ends after June 23rd. When she returns to work, she will be working 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) and will transition to 4 days a week a month after (Mon - Thurs). We are fortunate to have grandma living nearby to support for mornings during the week (7AM-11AM), but we are looking for additional help to care for our baby for the afternoons (11AM-5PM). This position will start out at a minimum of 18 hours/week (Tues- Thurs) and will increase to at least 28 hours/week (Mon-Thurs) a month after starting. In terms of support expectations, we are looking for someone who will care for the feedings, sleeping, and development of our daughter while also maintaining a clean household. We want someone with prior nanny experience who can partner with us as first time parents.
